Cancellation Policy

Low Season:  If the booking is cancelled up to 3 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled within 3 days of arrival the guest will forfeit the deposit paid. If the guest doesn’t show up, the total price of the booking will be charged.

Low Season Dates: All other dates.

Mid & High Seasons:  If the booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival the guest will forfeit the deposit paid. If the guest doesn’t show up, the total price of the booking will be charged.

Mid/High Season Dates: 06/04/23 – 09/04/23, 16/09/23 – 01/10/23, 21/12/23 – 20/01/24, 28/03/24 – 31/03/24, 13/09/24 – 06/10/24, 20/12/24 – 26/01/25

There are no refunds for early departures.
